Psychosocial Risk & Workplace Capability Solution
With psychosocial hazards now clearly recognised under WHS legislation, organisations are required to identify, assess, and manage psychosocial risks just as they would physical hazards.

It is delivered by an ASWA Certified Workplace Psychosocial Safety Officer and is designed to align with Safe Work Australia’s Model Code of Practice.
Our approach aims to deliver a structured and documented WHS approach which will produce actionable insights and increased workforce capability.
