With psychosocial hazards now clearly recognised under legislation, organisations are required to identify, assess, and manage psychosocial risks just as they would physical hazards.
Wellbeing360 provides a structured, practical approach to help your organisation understand its current risk profile and build the internal capability needed to manage identified risks effectively. It is delivered by an ASWA Certified Workplace Psychosocial Safety Officer and is designed to align with Safe Work Australia’s Model Code of Practice.
Our approach aims to deliver a structured and documented approach which will produce actionable insights and increased workforce capability.

Funding Alignment : Mentally Healthy Workplaces Grant Program
Wellbeing360 is aligned to current Western Australia funding opportunities specifically the Mentally Healthy Workplaces Grant Program which aims to provide grant funding to businesses to support the creation of safer workplaces through initiatives that improve the understanding of psychosocial hazards, seek to address psychosocial hazards and risks, strengthen workplace capability to meet legislative duties, and support clear, accessible information for diverse workforces.
While responsibility for the grant application lies with the applicant organisation, HR Elements is available to assist in an advisory capacity. Please keep in mind that applications must be submitted by 12 May 2026.
