Our Employee Care Program

Book a specialist Employee Assistance Program session

HR Elements offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide 100% confidential, short term and solution-focused psychological support for work-related and personal issues. We offer counselling, coaching, mediation, psycho-education, training and general information during consultation with employees.

While the Our Employee Care Program runs on a typical Employee Assistance Program (EAP) model, we have hand selected the consulting clinicians to provide our clients a meaningful and solutions orientated service.

Book an EAP Session

Employees of registered businesses can book an Employee Care Session with one of our consulting clinicians.

Once you have submitted the request, a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an appointment.

If your business or the business you work for is not registered for the Our Employee Care Program service, contact us below for more information.
